About Us

Sharx Robotics, a division of Sharx Security, Inc.

We are a US based robotics hardware company

Our parent company Sharx Security, Inc. is not just an investor, but also one of the first customers of Sharx Robotics

IP camera pioneer

Sharx Security was one of the first companies offering wireless IP cameras. While we started well before the iPhone 1 appeared, our products really got traction and were covered in numerous articles including in Wired magazine once the iPhone 3G made mobile broadband more accessible

Standard and custom products

After a decade of residential and small business IP cameras, more recently Sharx Security specialized in customized IP cameras including industrial models for monitoring dangerous machinery or military cameras built into mobile nuclear radiation monitoring systems in use at US ports

Nvidia powered AI platforms

Once we started experimenting with AI systems for security robots, we saw the time and effort needed to get robotics hardware ready for software development. We decided to leverage this effort and accelerate AI research by offering fully assembled robots for sale through our Sharx Robotics division

Our Skills & Expertise

In addition to commercializing Nvidia’s robotics reference designs, we developed a product line of wheeled robots based on our own modular architecture. Upcoming models include customizable warehouse AMRs as well as cost effective AGVs. To assist the robotics research community we also sell parts and kits in addition to fully assembled robots.
